Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments are reserved especially for you. To honor the time and care that goes into each session, the following policy applies to all bookings made through the website. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being charged. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
